Vertigo has the exclusive rights to land on the majestic peak of Ben Cruachan in the Remarkables mountain range, just under 2000m (over 6000ft). The views are as breath-taking as the altitude! After a scenic helicopter flight (with the bikes!), the serenity, once the helicopter leaves us on the ridgeline, is hard to put into words.

Total Distance – 18km
Terrain – 6km Open Ridgeline, 6km Alpine Single track, 6km Rough 4wd Road
Descent Time – 2-3 hours depending on group speed
Trip Time (round trip) – 4 hours
An 18km back-country mountain bike trip like no other, our trail has a great mixture of terrain. Starting on open rolling ridgeline, then diving into a beautiful flowing section of fast alpine singletrack made by the original gold miners (thanks old timers!) and the final section a rough and fast 4wd road meandering down to the picturesque Gibston Valley (Valley of Wines), completing the 1500m (5000ft) vertical descent!
